Not only is this meal delicious, but it’s also nutritious, providing fiber, vitamins, and minerals to kick-start your day.

Ingredients:

- 3 cups old-fashioned oats

- 2 apples, chopped (you can use any variety you prefer, such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon molasses

- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust based on the sweetness of the apples)

- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

- 3 cups water or milk (for cooking the oats)

Instructions:

2. Cook the Apples: In a pot with enough room for the delicious oatmeal, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped apples to the skillet and sauté them for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.

3. Add Sweetness and Flavor: Stir the molasses, sugar, and cinnamon into the apples. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the apples are tender and well-coated with the mixture.

4. Combine: Once the apples are cooked, add the oats and water stir well to combine. Bring water or milk to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked to your desired consistency.

5. Serve: Spoon the apple pie oatmeal into bowls. You can sprinkle extra cinnamon or add a splash of milk on top for added creaminess if desired.

6. Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy your comforting bowl of Apple Pie Oatmeal!

Feel free to adjust the sweetness or toppings according to your taste. Enjoy your meal!
